GRA...my run(part of it)

GRA round 4

GRA Round 4 has just passed...it was held on the 19th of November 2006.
To those who do not know, GRA stands for GrassRacingAutosports, which is one of the leading organizers of autocrossing..

This is my second autocrossing event and i have GROWN to enjoy it, i can safely say i ADORE, LOVE, etc etc etc autocrossing!! XD XD XD

as mentioned before i finished 17th the last round, which is coincidentally third from last...not too bad for a maiden event if i say so myself...

WITH a car that is in worse condition than the 1st event (esp. the tires) i managed to HAUL myself into 13th place this time...beating 5 other cars...
WOOHOOO!!! (does somersaults over the rainbows of narnia)



not gonna say much bout the event as it is as usual,
HOT, HUMID, SUNNY, BRIGHT and everything else to do with the sun that happens in outdoor events...
but i thank god it didnt rain!! ;P

It rings true in the case of getting pictures or videos up from my autocrosses..
I relied on others for pics and videos in my maiden autocross and even though i seen it, the files have never made their journey across the HUGE web of wires, modems, telephone cable, satellite, mail, telepathy or even thumb drives...

i brought it upon myself to get the pictures and videos for this autocross...

Tribute to a GREAT man

He's the Chief High Priest in Buddhism for Malaysia and Singapore, born in Sri Langka and moved to Malaysia in 1952, published numerous books about
Buddhism, done countless humanitarian charity work, a sweet old man, ever caring with a great sense of humour, a second father to my mom, a man i truly respect....

The reason i posted this is due to the fact that He had recently passed away in SJMC around about 1240pm on the 31st of August 2006. I am truly blessed to be able to pay my last respects to him by his bed 20 minutes before his passing.. i've been procrastinating from visiting him and i'm glad my mum made me visit him today..
Really don't know what to say... Rest in Peace... The world has lost a great man

I just spent 3 whole days in the workshop..
pathetic?? i think not...

It all started when i was driving to college when this muthafuckin Proton Savvy decided that he loves my car..hence sticking too close to it....TOO BLOODY FUCKIN CLOSE!! caused my bumper to break..

the damage?? RM300+-...
what he decided??? POLICE REPORT..crazy mutha fucker..for RM 300 he wanna claim insurance..IDIOTIC to the max..dipping ur hand into hot bubbling oil would be less idiotic..well not exactly but i'm sure u get my point..

I wasted 2 fuckin hours in the police station and STRAIGHT to Dino's i went..Who is Dino..My mechanic with fetish with virgins..HONESTLY..u wanna fix ur car but no money?? get him a virgin..he will do it for u FREE~!~

One thing let to the other..i decided that since i have to put the car in for repairs..might as well change the breathing system and my bucket seat.. HENCE the 2 extra days i spent there..TIME WELL SPENT..

WHY???

Saturday night fever

Kelvina is scheduled to leave for Maldives today..
somewhat sad but don't think she should stay
I sincerely hope that she enjoys herself immensely

After fetching her to the airport Desmond, Avril and i took a detour to Sepang and found out the track was open. We thought that it was a training night for the Merdeka Millenium Endurance Race and parked for 5 bucks..turns out its a drag battle and we have to fork out another 30 bucks each to watch it...
GUESS WE BURNED RM 5...damn

Uncle's family came from singapore yesterday and i took my cousin James to catch the Cosmic Funk Express set for the Jazz Fest in Mont Kiara. Never regretted a MINUTE that i was there. It was an AWESOME set with one of the best guitarist and drummer i've seen live. the bassist was good too but a little too much showboating and too much showing-off killed his talent somewhat.. however overall the band is to me one of the best that came out of Malaysia and it is such a waste for them to split up. I really hope that they actually release their material and i would pay with my limbs just to get them.

Their Last Performance..that's their INSANE guitarist on the big screen!

Tonight ended with a drive up genting..Desmond, Avril and I in a car and NApolean, Yat Chun and Andrew in another.It's my first time driving up genting and although my car had not enough power to go up fast, i enjoyed my drive up and learnt alot about how to keep my lines and being smooth while driving..I WILL be better the next time i drive up. CHilled out a little at the top but it was time to get down. Desmond drove down and after about 5 minutes my brakes overheated..HAHAA time to change the brakes to some higher temp stuff... after that it was smooth sailing and DEsmond came down at 140-150 kmph..crazy stuff

as i took a drive back to drop avril off...a Honda Civic SOHC Vtec cucuk-ed me..HAHAHA 1.3 Satria VS 1.6 VTEC CIVIC..guess who won???

NO ONE...he couldn't leave me behind despite the difference in power of the 2 cars..

Yours truly has officially dropped his blood pressure and heart rate, lost 7% body fat and 12kg of weight! Cool?? Jealous?? i know.. but it has not been easy; dieting, rigorous workout 5 days a week...all that jazz..

Anyway i am a proud recipent of a measly 1 month free membership and if i submit a testimonial on how i did it, giving advice at the same time WHILE praising the gym for help i would get a gift as well..(probably one of their face towel [coz their cheapos!])Enough of talking, pictures of proof

Sarawak Trip

"OH GOD...You are SO burned!!"

Words spoken of a random caucasion lady seeing me walk around the hotel. I was so sunburned i can't put on a shirt..it would even hurt for me to move my arms, shoulders or back. Basically i had to keep stiff and not lean on anything.

On the bright side..I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and got a really nice tan.. The festival was AWESOME to the MAXX!! Music was fantastic, crowd was great..one would not regret going to it..I for one is planning for the trip there next year before i even left..enough of my talk..let the pictures do the talking.

Careless old me somehow misplaced the immigration card that was given to me when i entered sarawak..(why do we need that when sarawak is also in Malaysia?? i didn't have to do that when i went to Kelantan..)

the fuckin low life excuse for a human being bitch immigration officer gave me a dirty look and told me to make a damn police report, 5.30 in the morning in the in-house police station...i had to run like a monkey to seach frantically in the damn deserted airport for the place..and when i found it, the security guard tells me it opens only at 7..i have to catch my flight at 5.50am. i ran back to the immigration and the fat bitch gave me a smug look and said sumthing along the lines of "don't do this again" in dog language.. and let me through..SHE FUCKIN LET ME THROUGH!! Just like that..i bet she only wants to see me run around like a fuckin monkey..

Guess what..all that monkey business made me miss my fuckin flight by 2 minutes..FUCKIN BITCH!! i had to fork out another RM125 to get tickets on the 7am flight and another RM35 for the KLIA express coz desmond had to work then..can't fetch me..

Speed Kills...NOT THIS TIME...

Don't be fooled by the title.. this is in no way bragging about surviving... What i am referring to is an accident that a friend was involved in..he and his passenger ended up alright bar a few minor scrapes and scratches..no broken bones,minimal bruises..that's it.

Sounds like a minor accident doesn't it.. Well i can assure you it's not.. Travelling at least 180 km/h, lost control(should be due to oil and elevation), crashed, flipped and sliding turn-turtled up a slope for about 200 metres is no minor accident...

HOWEVER..yesterday was John-Ian's birthday and i was late... they then made me drink half a glass of god knows what...2 shots of Martell Cordon Bleu(pure) and 1 1/2 shots of Baileys.....in half an hour...with absolutely not time for my body to sober up at all...once i put down my glass they poured me a new one..nothing that i said could get them off my back..they just wanna see me drunk...AND ITS NOT MY DAMN BIRTHDAY guess what..i got tipsy..for the 1st time in my life...

it felt good...and bad at the same time...i didnt like the way i looked at all...but i enjoyed the feeling...and after a cigarette i just HAD to puke...=]twice!

today i woke up severely dehydrated AND itching all over...PLEASE NOT LET THERE BE FUCKIN RASHES!!! *fingers crossed*

After another visit to the doctors to change the bandage..it was a relief to find out that it has made an almost perfect recovery (like Rooney!!) and i do not need to see the E & P speciallist..

there is bad news...
THERE IS FUCKIN BAD NEWS!!

My ear apparently healed TOO WELL!!..it fuckin closed the hole for my earing in the cartilage!!
It WAS my favourite piercing damnit!! and i am too lazy to take care of a fresh piercing to go for another one!!
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!!

does anyone know how to get a piercing and not take care of it? ? if it doesn't give me problems i will be eternally grateful..

pus in ears..

i got hit on my cartilage piercing(is itcalled that?? the top part of ur ear) a month back and it swelled like a bitch!.. however i never thought much about it as the pus came out and one side of the swelling has subsided after 2 weeks...

Then the problems started coming..the side that subsided had its pus coming out of my piercing hole..but the other side could not release its pus and HENCE accumulating it in my ear...

it then ballooned up and this morning when i felt it it was soft and i felt that there was a lot of liquid in it...PLUS it hurts like FUCK! i decided to see the doctor and thought that it would be a small problem of sticking a needle into it and releasing the pus...

BOY WAS I WRONG!!..the doctor told me he had to cut my ear!! just a small part so that the pus can come out faster..he injected anesthetic into my ear and started cutting...when he cut i didnt feel anything so i thought this was easy...
HAHAH then he started pushing the pus out and FUCK!! i was tensing like hell coz it hurt like hell!! fuckin painful ok?? anyone wants to try???

it took him about 4 cotton pads to clear the pus and the blood..and when he was putting on the bandage it started bleeding again...i have another date with the doctor on monday..HOPEFULLY IT DOESNT GET INFECTED OR I WOULD HAVE TO SEE THE SPECIALIST!!

Moral: NEVER WEAR UR PIERCINGS WHILE PLAYING FOOTBALL!!

on another note..i just found out that u can never break a raw egg by squeezing it with ur fist...absurd?? try it/..if u can i will clean the egg off ur floor wiith my tongue!!u know where u can get me

My car

i can say that i love or hate my previous car owner..

i love the fact that he has done some modifications to almost exactly the way i liked it..
15 inch rims, bodykit, new exhaust, and lowered the car

HOWEVER!!!!
1. that fucker used a fuckin CIPLAK steering wheel that probably cost 50 bucks and almost certainly looks cheaper than that...to change it back to the original steering wheel it took my mechanics almost 5 minutes just to REMOVE the ciplak steering wheel

2. the fuckin rims has 2 separate sets of nuts..2 wheels for alan keys and another 2 wheels with another flowery shaped nut..and FUCK he did no leave me ANY tools to remove the nuts

3. he fuckin finished the tires of their thread and the disc brakes..if i were not carefull..(my friends actually..thanks guys u may actually have saved my life) i wouldn't have known about it and crashed into a fuckin ditch coz my will skid and can't brake!

4. there are hooks for a jack but NOT A FUCKIN JACK in my car!! how the fuck am i gonna change tires when i get a puncture????

i just got back from the mechanics...and BOY I LOVE MY NEW TIREs!!!!

Story

let me tell u a story about how it doesn't pay to be kind and charitable..

me and my friend Melvin was yumcha-ing in this mamak when an old woman walked up to us and tried to sell us pens for 5 bucks each..you know those imitation parker pens.. she was trying to look damn desperate for cash and sad at the same time..trying to get our sympathy..i who usually am nice to every living thing, CATS, animals even cockroaches and mosquitos(hehe do u believe me??) suddenly felt the urge to NOT care and ask her to fuck off..i wanna eat!! (of course i didn't do that!) did my usual "i dont want it please go away" wave.. she caught my drift and turned her attention to Melvin instead.

Seeing that he started feeling sorry for her, she pushed and pushed him to buy, finally he decided to buy..but for RM2.50, lord knows the cost price is next to nothing.. she agreed..

HOWEVER!!

as Melvin was digging through his wallet to get money.. she started saying "this old woman very poor thing, no money, summore u all wanna cut the price..some people pay me 10 bucks oso never say anything.." she was fuckin repeating herself a lot..and in 2 minutes tears flowed down.. at that point i wanted to fuckin throw my indomee rebus in her face and shove the pen up where the sun don't shine.. i was damn pissed.. as she was searching for change she was still repeating herself!! trying to make my friend say the nicest thing she can ever hear "keep the change"..obviously we caught her bluff and waited for her to return the change!

DAMN! does it pay to be charitable?? NO!! luckily i was indulged in my Indomee rebus..hehe lucky me!

i personally know people who will jsut give these "vendors" 50 bucks without thinking!! crazy ppl..seriously..don;t do this kind of shit..they would not appreciate it.. and if u give them anything less, they will complain..imagine the audacity!!

Supplements

Do we really need supplements when working out.. Everybody who goes to the gym consistantly will say yes!!! but those who doesn't go..or not regularly will think its a waste of money.. i was formerly of the latter category..but jumped ship to the former..

WE DO!! Supplements are extremely important..promote muscle growth, enhance energy, aid fat loss, supplement recovery..the list goes on and on..

while we are at the topic..i used to buy the Nature's Farm protein for RM132 for 1 kg..i thought it was cheap..turns out that its severely overpriced!! i just got myself On's protein, which retails at GNC for RM288 for 5 kg..FOR RM160!!!!! can u imagine??
FUCK GNC and NATURE'S FARM!! damn counter brands and retail outlets

Fitness First..

I had the honour..or horror of visiting Fitness First in the Curve today..thanks to Ryan i guess..
Today is prophet Muhammad's birthday..thus my usual gym, Fitness Network was closed early.. Needing my daily fix of working out i decided to take up Ryan's offer and accompanied him to Fitness First..

I was honestly waiting to be awed..true enough i was at first sight..rows of sophisticated machines were there waiting to be used.. but slowly i realised that most of it was redundant.. we don't really need that many machines.. there was HELL alot of people..and the machines are placed so close together one would find it really difficult to actually find a spot to work out..especially with free weights..before i start any exercise i had to look left, look right and look left again to make sure i dont bang into anything..or anyone else..Pain in the Ass...although there are significantly more weights and more than enough not to have to fight with ppl to get the weight of my choice..i find it a chore to keep looking out for ppl when i workout.. i'd rather wait for my weights in my usual gym..

Now to the gym patrons.. there are a lot of ppl who are very built..but there was these 2 exceptions.. these guys are EXTRA built with veins popping out of every part of their body..I seriously bet my arm and leg that they are on steroids..coz they are lifting weights that i am accustomed to seeing other ppl lift.. and those that i see are like normal ppl.. these 2 looked like they fuckin accelerated their growth too much,..Madness.. they also carry extra heavy weights..trying to impress the Queen of England i guess...and do totally incomplete sets..like lifting the weights 2mm.. or CHEAT the whole way through..DAMn..don't they know the term "Biting of more than you can chew"?? weirdness.. what a fuckin turn off..

in conclusion..it's not the equipment that makes ur gym experience worthwhile..its the atmosphere and company..Listen up ppl..Fitness First...a fuckin No NO..waste of money and time..

Bad Times

it's been a while since i properly blogged..maybe its because i have nothing to express..or i suppressed it to the deepest part of my heard..to the depths or the Marina trench..i don't know...but what i can say is this is hardly the best times of my life..and saying that i am not enjoying myself now is a severe understatement..

Firstly my health..Oh god what about it?? God only knows.. i've been getting in and out of a situation that most of us understand as running nose..not the conventional running nose though..(before u guys say "CHEH! running nose only what..i oso got!) but the kind that runs at a speed that even Asafa Powell or Maurice Greene pale in comparison.. Fuck the snot doesn't crawl out..it SHOOTS out like a waterfall..fuckin hell..the tissue paper industry thrives nowadays coz of the situation that i am having..
What caused this illness?? maybe coz of my excessive smoking..i doubt it though..My awkward sleeping times?? i don't see ppl in America having the same problems? or is it my mental state..which i think most of the people know is not at the best state right now..What can i do about it??
ABSOLUTELY nothing i presume..anyone knows?? stopping smoking will not help running nose before all u health freaks jump on my back asking me to quit smoking..QUITING SMOKING GETS U RUNNING NOSE AND FLU..tried it first hand..no use arguing..

My luck has also taken a huge amount of battering..damn it..best example is my Internet Commerce mid-sems..FUCKIN HELL I STUDIED HARD FOR IT!! i failed by the way..the first FUCKIN time i ever failed in anything since i got into university..know what this means?? i WILL fail in this subject..FUck..dreams of going to Australia going down the drain.slowly flowing into the Straits of Malacca..seems that the way i prepared for the subject is totally wrong..i studied so that i can understand the points..but guess what the questions asked?? ALL FUCKIN MEMORY QUESTIONS..

Why do i still care?? I know it is over and there is nothing i can do about it.. I told myself to stay away.. not bother but when i hear something wrong i STILL go all out of my way and try to help.. Am i just being helpful or are there lingering feelings for her?? i SINCERELY hope its the former.

Many times in the relationship i played with the thought of leaving it behind..somehow we are extremely inconpatible..but in another way we seem to be perfect for each other.. Time when i can't stand what is happenning anymore..i REALLY wanted to leave it behind but i keep telling myself to stick with it..it all will pass..Hence the fact that she not knowing that i feel this way about it.. a patient front is always put up.. ever tolerant but hey, a guy has his right for unsatisfactoriness right??

now that the relationship has gone through a bad patch she straight up told me that it's over..feelings gone.. i mean is that possible?? feelings gone just like that?? a part of me feels that she lost it a long time ago but stuck with me for god knows what reason.. but who's to say that its true? coz the answer only lies in the head of the huntress..

I really hope that i can move on first..before her that is.. sort of a machoism thing.. but as things look like now..she has moved on WAY before me..judging by my lingering feelings and her non-existant ones.. but there may be a chance that she has those feelings too.. (rather wishing it ain't i), but why do i hope she has those feelings too?? why am i being so redundant!!

After waking up at the ungodly hour of 5 am, my dad fetched me and Kenneth to catch the KLIA express for our 740am flight.. slept the whole way from KL to Kota Bharu and we had to get to work as soon as we arrived...

After adjourning back to our hotel and taking a nice long nap, we took a cab out to look for good food..RESTORAN YATI..It serves the best nasi dagang, kerabu and ayam percik in town..or so they claim..but i don't doubt their claims.. We ate like hell and it all only costs RM28.

After the meal we went to a local pasar malam..it was a disappointment as there are actually nothin to buy..justa bunch of repetitive stuff that doesn't interest us at all..but guess what.. the taxi ride from the hotel to dinner, then to the pasar malam and back to the hotel cost us RM 44..what a fuckin rip-off...the distance was not that far and ALL the bloody taxis in Kota Bharu has NO meters..fuckin conmen

After the 1st day it was WORK WORK WORK...damn it 12 hours a day in a Shopping complex full with nothing but Malays...And most of them stink too...HELLISH i tell ya.. not exactly full i should say coz three quarters of the day we wandered around the complex or read papers or listen to our mp3 players..even when there were crowds they weren't interested in our property.."Mahal sangat la" was the common response we got.. Damn our boss..sending us there just to hear that 9586745165 times.. and Yeen Ling got disturbed by a local HAMSAP malay guy haha..he tried to get as close as possible to her everytime he comes..and he came for 4 of our 7 days there.. further prove that he was a perv was that he did the same thing to the girls in the next booth..but me and Kenneth was there to save the DAYS!! but not before laughing in their faces..=P

We also found the BEST beef noodles in the country...don't believe me?? try it for yourself... As it was located 2 minutes walk away from KB Mall where we work..we had it for 4 days in a row..it was THAT good

On the last day.. we went to the beach..beautiful beach..beautiful breeze and a FREAKIN big coconut...biggest i ever had...and we went to the museum to eat Nasi Ulam..It was HEAVENLY and freakin cheap.. 6 HUGE ikan keli's and all sort of miscellaneous stuff cost us a mere RM 36..we can't even get it RAW here for that price...WHOOOHO!!!!!

I really want to thank Yeen Ling's aunts for taking us around..bringing us to eat the best food there is..and IT WAS GOOOOD!!!!!!! The food will be the only thing that brings me back there again..if i ever want to..=P
